How can I track my order?

When your product is shipped, you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order. Haven't received an email? Then write to us at: hello@glynt.com

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on your location. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of €30 . Under €30, shipping within Germany costs €3.99. Shipping costs for other countries vary. You can find more information here.

Which countries does GLYNT ship to?

We currently ship our products to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary and Cyprus.

Can I cancel or change an order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service at hello@glynt.com as soon as possible so that we can do this for you.

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return products that are unused. Please use our revocation form, which you can find under revocation instructions and follow the instructions there.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by PayPal, credit card and debit card. Credit card and debit card payments are also processed via Paypal, but you don't need a Paypal account for this.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free.

Sind GLYNT Produkte vegan?

The majority of our products are vegan. You can recognize all vegan products by the vegan "icon", which can be seen on the product page.

The hairspray no longer works, what can I do?

Simply rinse the spray head under warm water and the spray head will work again. If it still doesn't work, send us an e-mail to hello@glynt.com.
